Holbrook Adult Home has been offering supportive 
services to the elderly and to the handicapped persons who are unable to live independently in their own home.
We provide round-the-clock, long term adult care services for the elderly who need assistance with activities of daily living. In addition, we render care for younger persons who are functionally impaired because of physical or mental illness.

ur services include among others: Aid with medications, supervision, personal hygiene, grooming, nutritious homecooked meals, transportation, and social involvement.
Holbrook Adult Home has earned a reputation for allowing our residents to maintain their dignity and independence within a safe, secure and caring environment. We place special emphasis on carefully thought out, individually tailored care plans for all of our residents.
